Al-Ittihad player Helder Costa considered that bad luck was behind the draw against Al-Hilal in the match that took place between the two teams, on Tuesday evening, at the top of the 27th round matches of the Roshen Professional League.
Costa said in statements after the end of the match: “The match was strong from both teams. We dominated the first half and crowned it with a two-goal lead, and in the second half we played with balance in defense and attack, but bad luck cost us a goal at the fatal time.”
He continued: “We have to rely on ourselves and focus on the upcoming matches, each match separately. A draw against Al-Hilal is not frustrating because it is against a team the size of Al-Hilal, but we have to overcome this result to continue the journey towards the title.”
