The coach of Al-Taawon, the Brazilian Shamuska, expressed his happiness with the victory that his team achieved today at the expense of the Gulf in the framework of the Roshen League competitions.

The Al-Taawon team continued its good performances in the Roshan League this season by defeating its Gulf counterpart in the match that brought them together today with two goals without a response within the framework of the 27th round of the competition, at Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.

Shamuska said in statements to “Sport 24”, that the team played a good match, and the players performed very well, adding: “In the first half we dominated the match, but with the start of the second half, the Gulf posed a threat to us, then we regained control and won.”

The Al-Taawon coach indicated that the strength and weaknesses of the Gulf team were analyzed during the past week, and this showed a convergence in the defense line and the ability to transform offensively, adding: “We were well aware of those points.”
