Al-Ahsa hosts the Talent Discovery Festival in cooperation with the “Asian”
The Saudi Football Association, in cooperation with its Asian counterpart, will hold a talent discovery festival in Al-Ahsa Governorate on May 15, under the slogan “Celebrating Football”.
The festival, which kicks off at 4:30 pm at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium in Al-Ahsa, coincides with the tenth anniversary of the celebration of the launch of Football Day for promising players in the Asian Football Confederation.
The festival aims to emphasize the great role that football can play, as part of the AFC’s responsibility to develop the game at the youth level to ensure its continued popularity in the Asian continent.
The festival also represents a form of continuous cooperation between the Saudi and Asian federations to serve football in the continent and contribute to its optimal development.
