The junior green receives a boost before facing Tajikistan in the Asian Cup

The national junior team received a strong boost before facing Tajikistan, tomorrow, in the second round of the AFC U-17 Finals, which will be hosted by Thailand.

Al-Akhdar youth player Youssef Al-Tahan recovered from the injury he suffered during the match against Australia the day before yesterday, and his fellow players advanced in the Al-Akhdar training that took place yesterday at the IPE stadium in Chonburi.

The player had suffered a slight bruise at the leg level during Al-Akhdar’s match against Australia, the day before, and the coach had to replace him in the 63rd minute to rest him for fear of exacerbating the injury.
