Al-Akhdar U-17 returns to training before facing Tajikistan in the “Asian Cup”

Today, Saturday, the national under-17 team resumed its training in Chonburi, Thailand, after its match yesterday, Friday, against Australia, which ended with the victory of “Al-Akhdar” with a score of 2-0, within the AFC U-17 Championship 2023.

The “Al-Akhdar” players conducted their training session this evening, in the presence and follow-up of the Secretary-General of the Saudi Football Association, Ibrahim Al-Qasim, during which the technical director, Abdul-Wahhab Al-Harbi, and the assistant technical staff divided them into two groups. When the other group conducted a tactical exercise, it was followed by a mini-maneuver, to conclude the session with a set-piece exercise.

Tomorrow, Sunday, the national team will continue its training in preparation for facing the Tajikistan national team, the day after tomorrow, Monday, in the second round of the AFC U-17 Cup 2023.

It is noteworthy that the national under-17 team is in Group C of the AFC U-17 Championship 2023, along with Australia, Tajikistan and China.
