Officially.. Brighton, England, signs a Syrian-born player

The English club Brighton has completed the procedures for signing Mahmoud Dawood, the Borussia Dortmund player, in a free transfer.

Mahmoud Daoud, who has Syrian origins, signed contracts to join Brighton, England, until 2027.

It is noteworthy that Daoud was the first Syrian-born player to be in the German league after he joined Borussia Monchengladbach when he was 14 years old in 2010.
