Bellingham: Real Madrid is an opportunity I cannot refuse

Real Madrid player Jude Bellingham revealed the reasons for his preference to move to his new club, despite receiving many offers.

Bellingham said in his presentation conference: “Preferring Real Madrid over the rest of the offers? Money is not everything. I did not think about this matter and I never did that to choose my next team.”

He added, “I spoke with Dortmund, I liked the project presented by Real Madrid, I wanted it to be quick. This does not mean that the other options were bad, of course not, but I chose Real Madrid.”

He continued, “I have always been a big fan of Madrid, I used to watch them in England. When the players are on the field it is exceptional. It is a team you always want to go to. It is an opportunity that I cannot refuse.”

Real Madrid announced that Bellingham signed a contract for the next 6 years, until 2029, from Borussia Dortmund.
