Disclosure of the first round matches in the English Premier League 2023-2024

On Thursday, the English Premier League announced the full agenda for the new football season (2023/24).

The new Premier League season begins on Friday, August 11, with a meeting between defending champions Manchester City, who are visiting newly promoted Burnley from the second division.

The next day, Arsenal will play Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth against West Ham United, Brighton against Luton, Everton against Fulham, Sheffield United against Crystal Palace, and Newcastle United against Aston Villa.

The first round will witness an early summit between Chelsea and its guest Liverpool on August 13, while Brentford will play against Tottenham. The first round ends on August 14, with a meeting between Manchester United and Wolverhampton, at Old Trafford.

And the English Premier League stated that the competitions for the new season of the English Premier League will conclude with the 38th round on May 19, 2024.

It is noteworthy that Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton Town clubs were promoted to the Premier League, while Leicester, Leeds and Southampton were relegated to the First Division.
