Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa, visited the headquarters of Al-Fateh Club this evening, Wednesday, and was received by the club’s president, Saad Al-Afaleq, and members of the board of directors.

His Highness noted the generous and generous support that sport and athletes enjoy from the wise leadership – may God protect it – which is keen to provide all the capabilities that contribute to the development of sport in all fields.

His Highness was briefed on a visual presentation of the administration’s work and the achievements that have been achieved during the current administration, most notably the development of auxiliary stadiums, the establishment of the Al-Fateh Investment Club Company and its affiliated Apex Sports City, at its site at King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa, which contains various sports activities and academies for men and women and for all age groups. Four years old, with more than 1,000 subscribers in various games, including football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, CrossFit, squash, karate, taekwondo, swimming, diving, and iron gyms.

The visual presentation also included the great work carried out by Al-Fateh Club Academy and its affiliated branches, in addition to the achievements made in the field of football in its various categories and the club’s various games, in addition to the new administration building and the first football team, which will be unique at the level of Saudi clubs.

His Highness toured the club’s facilities, and was briefed on the projects that have been completed, including stadiums and headquarters. He was also briefed on the modern designs of the administration building and the first football team, which was launched recently.

For his part, the president of Al-Fateh Club, Saad Al-Afaleq, expressed his happiness at His Highness’s visit to the club, stressing that it comes within the framework of the support that Saudi sports find from the wise leadership, appreciating the interest of His Highness the Governor of Al-Ahsa in the governorate’s sport and his permanent support for all athletes in Al-Ahsa.
