Al-Salami reveals the truth about the extension of some club councils

The Assistant Minister of Sports, Raja Allah Al-Salami, confirmed that the door for candidacy for clubs not owned by the Public Investment Fund will be opened on the fourth of next July.

The Assistant Minister of Sports, Dr. Raja Allah Al-Salami, told “Fi Goal”: All Saudi clubs are of interest to the Ministry of Sports, and their boards of directors will continue until June 30, and the door for candidacy for elections will be opened on July 4.

Raja Allah Al-Salami explained: “What is being circulated about the extension of some clubs’ boards of directors is incorrect, stressing that there will be no upcoming assignment, but during the transitional period, the CEO will take over the management of the club’s business.
