Ranieri leads Cagliari to the Italian League

Veteran coach Claudio Ranieri was able to lead Cagliari to the Italian league after returning to coach the team again for the first time in 31 years.

And Cagliari snatched the qualifying card to the Italian League in the +94th minute, with a fatal victory over Bari in the second leg of the second-division qualifying play-off final.

The first leg at Cagliari Stadium ended in a 1-1 draw between the two teams.

And Cagliari returned to the Italian League after only one season of relegation to the second division.

And Cagliari became the third to qualify for the Italian League, after Frosinone and Genoa.
