The American company, Twitter, reviewed the steps to activate the feature of profiting from content for all its makers around the world, through financial payments from followers in return for subscribing to their work on the platform.
The company stated in a statement that the feature can be activated by entering the application settings and clicking on the “Monetization” option, to enable followers to subscribe to the content maker’s text and visual content.
The content makers get the subscription amount from the followers minus the fees for the mobile operating systems, as the platform will not deduct any percentage of the proceeds during the first 12 months of activating the feature.
