Green for “Yoga” achieves 5 medals in the International Everest

On Sunday, the Saudi Yoga Team won 5 medals, including a gold medal, 3 silver medals and a bronze medal, in the second Everest International Sports Yoga Championship, which was hosted by Kathmandu, the Nepalese capital.

The gold medal was won by Samaher Al-Maliki, while Badr Al-Ghamdi, Ahmed Chilati and Sarah Amoudi won three silver medals, and Jude Abed won the bronze medal.

Al-Akhdar Yoga competed in the tournament with a team consisting of 6 players: Samaher Al-Maliki for the girls’ category over 24 years old, Joud Abed for the girls’ category under 24 years old, Jood Sharaf for the girls’ category under 14, Ahmed Al-Shailati for the youth category over 24, and Badr Al-Ghamdi for Junior category under 14 and Sarah Amoudi for the teacher category.
