“Sport 24” sources: Mahrez decides Al-Ahly’s offer after the European final

Sources revealed that the Al-Ahly administration’s offer to sign Manchester City player, Riyad Mahrez, is still valid.

An insider told Sport 24 that Al-Ahly made an offer to the Algerian Riyad Mahrez and is awaiting his response in the coming hours, to strengthen the team’s ranks before the start of the new season.

He explained that the Algerian international will decide his position on moving to Al-Ahly after the Champions League final, against the Italian Inter, scheduled for next Saturday.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahly Club, Walid Moaz, had traveled to London to negotiate a global deal.

The source indicated that Walid Moaz will negotiate the inclusion of the Algerian star in the ranks of Manchester City, Riyad Mahrez.

The 32-year-old Algerian player participated with Manchester City during the past season 2022/2023 in 47 matches; Where he scored 15 goals and 13 assists in 3068 minutes of play.
