Friday.. 12 clubs launch the fourth edition of Beach Club for adults

Tomorrow, Monday, the Kingdom’s Beach Handball Championship for Adults will start in its fourth edition for the 2022-2023 sports season, and it will last for 4 days, with the participation of 12 clubs distributed into 4 groups.

The participating clubs were distributed among the groups after defining the levels according to the arrangement of the clubs’ positions in the last season’s championship. Clubs (Al-Safa – Al-Muheet – Al-Hazm), and the fourth group includes clubs (Mudar – Al-Huda – Al-Ibtisam).

The first day of the tournament will witness the holding of four matches, starting at 4:00 pm, as Al-Wehda will meet Al-Hidaya, then Esperance will face Al-Khuwaylidiyah, Al-Moheet will play with Al-Hazm, and the first round matches will conclude with Al-Huda meeting with Al-Ibtisam.

The match takes place in two halves, the duration of each half is 10 minutes, and in the event that the two teams tie in a half for each of them, a decisive round is played, which plays with the seven-meter beach throws system (a player against a goalkeeper), and the result of each half is calculated on its own, as each half must end with a victory One of the clubs, and in the event of a tie with the result of the half, the rule of the golden goal is invoked to determine the winning team in the half, and the winner of the match gets two points, and the loser gets nothing.
