The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Professional League raised the highest verses of thanks and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him – on the occasion of his launch of the investment and privatization project for sports clubs.

He added, “Privatization will provide” the opportunity for the private business sector to conclude partnerships and agreements in and enable it to contribute to the development of the sports sector, in order to achieve the desired distinction for national teams and sports clubs, in addition to expanding the base of sports practitioners towards making the Olympic champion, one of the most prominent sports goals in Vision 2030.

Abdulaziz Al-Afaleq confirmed that the privatization of Saudi clubs is a step that will contribute to supporting the sports environment in general to achieve the aspirations of the sector and the aspirations of His Highness the Crown Prince in
Kingdom’s Vision 2030 framework.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association pointed to the ability of privatization to encourage investors and companies to expand investment in the sports sector and sports clubs in various leagues and various sports.

The privatization project aims to build an effective sports sector by stimulating the private sector.
