The Gulf team won 3-1 during the match that brought it together on Wednesday evening with its counterpart, Abha, in the 30th round of the Roshan League.
The Abha team advanced with a goal after 25 minutes through its player Saad Al-Salouli, before Lucas de Souza equalized with a goal in the 46th minute to agree, then Morato added the second and third goals in the 74th and 84th minutes.
The Gulf team raised its score with this victory to 31 points in 14th place to ensure survival, while Abha’s balance stopped at 33 points in 12th place.
