The Ministry of Health reviewed the vital role of the skin, its importance to the body, and the habits that must be followed and avoided in order to maintain its health.
The ministry explained that the skin prevents bacteria and germs from entering the body, and also works to regulate its temperature, in addition to its role in the formation of vitamin D when exposed to the sun.
She recommended using a moisturizing cream to prevent dry skin, applying sunscreen when leaving the house, ensuring a diet rich in fiber, not being exposed to the sun for the purpose of tanning, avoiding smoking, and avoiding exposure to stress and tension.
