Al-Hilal beat Al-Raed by three.. and Atif scored in his last appearance (video and photos)

Al-Hilal Club achieved victory over its counterpart Al-Raed, 3-2, in the match that was held within the 30th (last) round of the Roshen League.

Musab Al-Juwair scored Al-Hilal’s first goal, before Muhammad Al-Qahtani added the second goal.

Abdullah Atif scored the third goal from a penalty kick before Rakan Al-Dosari and Pablo Santos reduced the score for Al-Raed.

With this result, Al-Hilal concluded the Roshan League competitions in third place, with 59 points.

On the other hand, Al-Raed’s balance stopped at 34 points, in tenth place in the Roshen League standings table.

Match description

The crossbar denied Al-Raed team from scoring the first goals after a wonderful cross from the left side of Metrita, met by Mutlaq Al-Huraiji with a powerful header that hit the crossbar and Al-Hilal defense pushed it away in the 6th minute.

The first goal came to Al-Hilal through Musab Al-Juwair, after a powerful shot from outside the penalty area with the left foot, the goalkeeper of Al-Raed missed and entered the net in the 17th minute.

The post prevented Al-Hilal club from scoring the second goal after Luciano Vietto’s shot hit the crossbar in the 35th minute.

The second goal came to Al-Hilal through Muhammad Al-Qahtani after a cross from the left side, the defense of Al-Raed failed to remove the ball, and it reached Muhammad Al-Qahtani, who managed to place it in a wonderful way in the 36th minute.

The match referee awarded a penalty kick in favor of Al-Hilal, after Saud Abdul Hamid was fouled by Abdullah Al-Fahd in the 75th minute.

Abdullah Atif scored the third goal for Al-Hilal club from a penalty kick, which was placed at medium height to the left of Al-Raed’s goalkeeper in the 80th minute.

Abdullah Atif played his last matches in the Al-Hilal shirt before moving to Al-Ahly club, starting from the next season.
