Mortada Mansour was sentenced to 3 months in prison for insulting the president of the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club

The legal advisor to the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, Mohamed Othman, announced the issuance of a prison sentence for Mortada Mansour, the former president of the Zamalek Club; On charges of insulting Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Castle.

And the legal advisor to Al-Ahly club indicated, through a post on his accounts on social media, that the ruling includes a guarantee of 10 thousand Egyptian pounds, in addition to fining him 20 thousand pounds, and obliging him to pay temporary compensation of 10 thousand pounds.

Mortada Mansour, according to Egyptian press reports, is legally entitled to appeal the ruling of the first degree of appeal before the Appellate Economic Court.
