Al-Fayhaa resumes its training in preparation for facing Al-Wahda
The first football team of Al-Fayhaa Club resumed its exercises this evening, Sunday, at the stadium of His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, at the beginning of preparations to face Al-Wehda in the last round of the Saudi Roshan League.
Today’s class included muscle recovery and recovery exercises, followed by muscle exercises in the gym. The class also included various technical stations.
Yesterday, the Al-Fayhaa team suffered a 3-0 defeat by its counterpart Al-Ittihad in the match that was held at Al-Majmaa Sports City Stadium, for the 29th round of the Roshan League.
