Gulf handball player Sayed Ali: Titles are the result of effort…and my father’s tears are precious

Gulf player Sayed Ali Ahmed Habib expressed his happiness at crowning his team with the Handball Federation Cup title after defeating Al-Nour team.

The Gulf team won the Handball Federation Cup title after defeating Al-Nour team with a score (37-31) in the final match that brought them together at the Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Sports City Hall in Qatif, in the 45th edition of the tournament.

The Gulf player said in exclusive statements to “Sport 24”: “We congratulate the Gulf fans on this championship, and the other titles that were achieved this season.”

Sayed Ali added, “The titles that were achieved this season are the result of 10 months of training and fatigue, especially the league that goes to those who deserve it.”

And about the crying of his father, the former international player in the Saudi national team, while watching him, the young Gulf player commented: “By God, my father’s tears are dear … and when I saw her, I was very affected, he supports me, and likewise my mother, who no matter how much I talk about her, I will not fulfill her right.”
