Officially.. Leicester and Leeds leave the Premier League

Leicester City and Leeds United were relegated to the English Football League, after an exciting final round of the Premier League, while Everton’s survival was confirmed today, Sunday.

Everton won 1-0 over Bournemouth, which was enough for the team to stay in the top flight, and despite Leicester’s 2-1 victory over West Ham, it was relegated to the lowest level.

Leeds United bid farewell to the English Premier League competitions, after losing today to its guest, Tottenham Hotspur, by four goals to one.

The Tottenham quartet scored each of Harry Kane “two goals”, Pedro and Lucas Moura in the 2, 47, 69 and 90 + 5 minutes, while the only goal for Leeds was scored by Jack Harrison in the 67th minute of the match.

Leeds United has been among the Premier League clubs for 3 years since its promotion in the 2020-2021 season.
