Al-Ahly hand professional talks to Sport 24 about the defeat against Al-Nour
The Tunisian professional praised the ranks of the handball team at Al-Ahly club, Elias Al-Zamaal, for the match that brought his club together with his counterpart Al-Nour in the semi-finals of the Prince Sultan bin Fahd Handball Cup.
Al-Zamal said, in exclusive statements to “Sport 24”: “Praise be to God, the match fulfilled all its promises. Al-Nour Club is a great and respected team, and it has local players and an international team, and perhaps the factor of fatigue and the high pace in the league, and God willing, the next is good.”
The Tunisian professional in the ranks of Al-Ahly concluded his statements by saying: “Any team that competes in the semi-final match has a legitimate right to defend its chances to the last moment, and why are people surprised that Al-Ahly has reached the semi-finals, Al-Ahly has 22 cups, and this is the least thing to reach the semi-finals, yes, there were difficult years.” But, thank God, we will return to Al-Ahly.”
Al-Ahly team was defeated earlier this evening, Thursday, by a score of 29-31 against its counterpart, Al-Nour, in the semi-finals of the Prince Sultan bin Fahd Handball Cup.
