He noted what the rally enjoyed in its first edition, which represents the second round of the Saudi Toyota Rally Championship 2023, from the support and empowerment of His Highness the Minister of Sports of the federation and his direct supervision of the events held by the federation, as well as the unlimited support of His Highness the Emir of Tabuk region and his harnessing all capabilities to serve the rally and its competitors.
